Thank you to all of you who returned your 2025 Medicare Worksheets! Your cooperation and attention to detail in this process are greatly appreciated. Medicare can be complex to understand, but your proactive efforts have allowed us to start optimizing Medicare Supplement plans for some of you. Many of your forms stated that you do NOT want us to research your plan(s) for next year and that's ok. If things change down the road, we're here for you. We will research the worksheets returned to us by 7/1/25 first. Any worksheets received after 7/1/25 (except for those of you that have contacted me) will be researched on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

As we move ahead, I want to keep you well-informed about what to expect. Changes within Medicare can feel overwhelming, but I am here to guide you through these updates as we adapt together.

The Importance of Your Worksheets

Completing and returning your Medicare Worksheets is a crucial step. This action ensures that you receive the best possible coverage tailored to your needs. By providing accurate and timely information, you empower informed decisions about your healthcare plans. Your 2025 Medicare Worksheet was due on 7/1/25.

I have already begun adjusting supplemental plans for several individuals based on their worksheets. This effort not only helps maintain optimal benefits but also makes sure your coverage aligns with your unique health circumstances. I am finding that many of you would have a significant decrease in your Medicare Supplement premium while keeping the exact same coverage you have now, just by switching companies! Keep in mind, if you are over 65 1/2 you will need to go pass the health underwriting questions to be accepted into a new plan.

Your participation is critical. If we haven’t connected yet, please know that I will reach out during the week I return. Remember, your health and peace of mind are my highest priorities.

Upcoming Research on Part D and Advantage Plans

For those interested in Part D or Advantage Plans, I want to remind you that I cannot begin researching these until October 1, 2025. This date is vital, as it will allow me to provide you with the most current and relevant options for your prescription drug plans and Medicare Advantage needs.

While the wait may feel frustrating, I encourage you to use this time to prepare. Once we reach that date, we can thoroughly explore options tailored to your health requirements.

I know some of you have faced challenges when trying to get assistance with Part D Rx plans. It’s tough when the system changes and creates hurdles. Rest assured, I am committed to researching the options available and will help guide you through the self-enrollment process, whether you prefer to do it online at Medicare.gov or by phone with your chosen plan. We will face these challenges together.

A Shift in Assistance: What It Means for You

It's important to understand how the new regulations will affect the services available to you. Agents can no longer apply for your Part D plans directly. This shift may seem inconvenient, but there’s a silver lining: self-enrollment gives you greater control of managing your healthcare choices.

While this transition may feel daunting, I promise to provide you with all the necessary tools and information to help you navigate it successfully. I will ensure you know how to find, evaluate, and enroll in a plan that meets your needs.

This change encourages us all to become more self-sufficient. I am confident that you will navigate this journey effectively with the right support.

The Frustration is Real

I understand your frustrations regarding these new regulations. Feeling overwhelmed by obstacles is completely normal. However, I assure you that we can overcome these challenges together, just like we always have.

Staying informed and proactive is essential. By communicating openly with me, asking questions, and seeking clarification whenever needed, we can tackle Medicare changes effectively. Engaging in the process—by completing your worksheets and regularly reviewing your options—gives you a stronger voice in shaping your healthcare future.

Your Role in the Process

Now, more than ever, your active participation in your healthcare decisions is vital. As we navigate these changes, consider these steps:

  1. Stay Informed: Mark your calendars for October 1, 2025, when I can start researching Part D plans and Advantage options for you.

  2. Keep Communication Open: Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Your feedback helps me tailor my assistance to your specific needs.

Familiarize yourself with the Medicare.gov website and watch for available plans ahead of the enrollment period. This proactive approach will give you a strong start in the upcoming changes.

Together, We Move Forward

As we navigate these Medicare changes together, I want to thank each of you once again for completing your 2025 Medicare Worksheets. Your commitment is crucial in creating a more personalized healthcare experience that benefits you in the long run.

I'm here to guide, assist, and empower you throughout this process. Although these changes may introduce temporary challenges, they ultimately give you greater control over your healthcare choices.

Together, we will approach the future of Medicare with confidence and resilience. Thank you for your continued trust, and remember: we will face these changes united. Be blessed,

Dana
